Share only the information needed to investigate. Remove passwords, connection codes, access tokens and private file content from screenshots or logs before sending them.

Account and privacy requests

Disconnect computers or delete your account from your account page. For other requests concerning your personal information, email the same Support address. Keep a synced or second passkey: this release has no Support reset flow for a lost passkey. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account owner.
