Fizzy

Terms of Service

Prepared 11 October 2026. The provider is Anunda Boonserm, trading as Asymmetry-lab. Contact: support@asymmetry-lab.com.

Using Fizzy

Fizzy connects a supported computer with your account so that ChatGPT can request coding, command and computer-use operations. You must own that computer or be authorized to control it and the accounts or content you use through it. Keep your credentials private and use the account and workspace configuration intended for you.

Computer Use in this release supports macOS 14 or newer. Chrome actions require the Fizzy Browser Companion extension. A computer must be online to execute a request. The release supports one active computer per account.

Your instructions and their results

File edits can overwrite content, commands can alter or delete data, and computer actions can submit information or act in services you are signed into. Review actions that affect other people, purchases, public content or sensitive information. Keep appropriate backups and inspect the result before asking Fizzy to repeat an operation whose completion is uncertain.

ChatGPT supplies reasoning. Fizzy does not provide an independent background AI agent. A delivered action may have executed even if its result could not be returned. Pausing or disconnecting a computer does not undo completed actions.

Third-party services

Your use of ChatGPT, Chrome, macOS and other services remains subject to their applicable terms and permissions. Fizzy does not grant access that you do not have or bypass system permission requirements.

Fees

The plugin does not sell products or process purchases through its tools. Any future subscription must be described and purchased through the provider's external website before charging begins. Pricing, billing, cancellation and refund terms are pending a publisher decision and are not established by this draft. ChatGPT availability and usage limits are separate from any Fizzy service.

Service changes and account access

Features may change as the supported systems and services change. The initial release does not promise uninterrupted availability, a response-time guarantee or an enterprise service-level agreement. Disconnect computers or delete your account from the account page. Keep a synced or second passkey: this release has no Support password-reset flow for a lost passkey. Access may be suspended where necessary to address unauthorized use or service abuse.

The Mac download is a preview: it is ad-hoc signed, not Apple notarized, and the companion uses manual Chrome installation. Fresh-Mac GUI/permission checks and physical Intel execution remain unverified. The OpenAI Public listing has not been submitted.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Any final liability, governing-law, dispute-handling and paid-service provisions require publisher review before these terms are made effective.
